Itinerary Details :

Day-1 : ARRIVAL BHUBANESWAR

Arrival in Bhubaneswar airport, assistance and transfer to hotel. After fresh up visit to the ancient temples which are beautiful examples of kalingan school of architecture - Parsurameswar temple (built in 7th century AD- small but beautiful temple ), Mukteswar Temple( 10th Century), Lingaraj Temple (11th Century ,perfect example of Hari Har cult )-the biggest temple in Bhubaneswar (Non-Hindu are not allowed inside the temple premises so view from adjoining elevated platform erected outside ), Rajarani Temple (11th Century).. Overnight at Bhubaneswar.

Day-2 BHUBANESWAR

After breakfast drive to visit Khandagiri and Udayagiri Jain caves build in 2nd Century B.C. These caves are maid for Jaina monks to stay in monsoon time and pray to Tirthankaras. After visit of caves, drive to visit Anthropological museum and art museum at Kalabhumi.

Day-3 : BHUBANESWAR – KONARK- PURI.

Morning after breakfast visit to Sun temple at Konark which is a world heritage site managed by UNESCO .The temple was built by King Narasimhadeva in the 13th century, it is counted among the 7 wonders of India, famous for its magnificent erotic works and sculptures on Life. It is also known as “Black Pagoda” to westerners. Afterwards visit to Chandrabhaga beach. Later drive to Puri . Overnight at Puri.

Day-4 PURI - SATPADA - PURI

Post breakfast visit to the Lord Jagannath temple. It is One of the four holy dham in India. Walk around Puri market for colourful photography and later drive to Satapada (in Chilika Lake). It is the largest brackish water lake in Asia spreading over 1100 Sq kms, famous for its migratory birds in winter and endangered Irrawaddy dolphins. Enjoy the motor boat ride to view the Irrawaddy dolphins, local birds & fishing in the lake etc. Overnight at Puri.

Day-5 : PURI - BHUBANESWAR DEPARTURE

On time pick up from hotel and provide departure transfer to Bhubaneswar Airport or Rly. Stn. for onward Journey.

NOTE:

1. Please note: these rates are not valid during Durga Puja & Holi, Ratha Yatra, New Year time, Christmas time, Independence Day & Republic day, Medical or other Conference time.

2. Nandankanan, state Museum and Tribal Museum remain closed on Monday and on state holidays.

INCUSSION :

• Accommodation on twin sharing basis hotels as per the plan mentioned against each hotel.
• All Transfers, Sightseeing & Excursion by A/C Vehicle as specified in the itinerary.
• All Parking, Toll Taxes and driver’s allowances.
• All currently applicable taxes & GST

EXCLUSION:

• Any air/train fare.
• Insurance, Guide Services / Boat ride in Chilka lake, Entrance fee at monuments.
• Expenses of Personal Nature like laundry, telephone calls, room service and alcoholic beverages.
• Mini bar charges, tips, portage and camera fees etc.
• Any meals and services not specified in the tour cost includes column.
• In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.

Payment Terms :

• Advance 50% payment to book your seat
• 100% balance payment at least 30 days before the commencement of tour
• Refund policy in case of cancellation:
• 80% of total cost if cancelled 60 days or more before the commencement of tour
• 50% of total cost if cancelled 30 days to 59 days before the commencement of tour
• 20% of total cost if cancelled 16 days to 29 days before the commencement of tour
• No refund if cancelled 15 days or lesser before the commencement of tour

Please note:

Date of cancellation will be the date of written (email) communication of intent to cancel, received by us. Refund amount will be calculated excluding the date of commencement of tour.

Terms & Condition:

• By agreeing to participate in any of our tours, the participant confirms to understand and voluntarily agree to all the terms and conditions, including the below mentioned:
• Fitness to complete the Tour is the sole criterion for participation.
• Participants are advised to consult their physician in case they have any kind of medical history of hypertension, cardiac issues or any other ailments.
• Tour mentor's decisions during the tour are final and binding.
• Tropical Vacation can not be held responsible for injuries, damages or losses caused to any participant due to acts of god,terrorist activities, social or labour unrest, local laws, abnormal conditions or developments or any other conditions or omissions outside the control of Tropical Vacations
• All participants travelling with Tropical Vacations must complete and sign a Risk Release Agreement before the commencement of tour.
• All disputes are subject to Odisha jurisdiction only.
