Itinerary Details :

Day-1: ARRIVE BHUBANESWAR

Upon arrival at Bhubaneswar Airoprt/ Rly. Stn. Transfer to hotel. Bhubaneswar Known as the “Temple City”, founded during the Kalinga empire over 3,000 years ago, Bhubaneswar today boasts of a cluster of magnificent temples, which once boasted of more than 2000 temples. still preserves over 500 of India's finest temples. The famous among them to visit Parasurameswar Temple (7th Century), Mukteswar Temple (10th Century), Lingaraja Temple ( 11th Century) , Rajarani Temple (11th Century) and Bindusagara Lake. After lunch visit Khandagiri and Udaygiri caves and explore the age-old caves of KHANDAGIRI AND UDAYGIRI, carved by Jain Monks in the 1st century BC, and were used as dwellings and meditation quarters, were built under King Kharvela of the Mahameghavahan dynasty. Overnight at hotel in Bhubaneswar.

Day-2 BHUBANESWAR – KONARK- PURI ( 100 KMS )

After breakfast drive to Puri en route visit DHAULI, where a modern peace pagoda and ancient rock edicts mark the emperor Ashoka’s conversion to Buddhism. . Continue to Visit PIPLI the village where locals produce appliqué works, Later visit KONARK Temple the Chariot of the Sun God , built by Laqngula Narasingh Deva in 13th century A.D.. The Sun temple is known for its exquisite and intricate architecture and sculptures. An UNSECO World Heritage List of monument. Later drive to Puri & check into Hotel. After freshen up visit the world famous LORD JAGANNATH TEMPLE. It is a major pilgrimage destination for Hindus and is a part of the “Char Dham” pilgrimage centre. The temple was originally built by the Kalinga ruler Anantavarman Chodaganga Deva (1078 - 1148 CE). Back to Hotel overnight at Hotel in Puri.

Day-3 : PURI - BHUBANESWAR DEPARTURE.

On time pick up from hotel and provide departure transfer to Bhubaneswar Airport or Rly. Stn.for onward Journey.

• Accommodation on twin sharing basis hotels as per the plan mentioned against each hotel.

• All Parking, Toll Taxes and driver’s allowances.

EXCLUSION:

• Any air/train fare.
• Insurance, Guide Services / Boat ride in Chilka lake, Entrance fee at monuments.
• Expenses of Personal Nature like laundry, telephone calls, room service and alcoholic beverages.
• Mini bar charges, tips, portage and camera fees etc.
• Any meals and services not specified in the tour cost includes column.
• In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.

Payment Terms :

• Advance 50% payment to book your seat
• 100% balance payment at least 30 days before the commencement of tour
• Refund policy in case of cancellation:
• 80% of total cost if cancelled 60 days or more before the commencement of tour
• 50% of total cost if cancelled 30 days to 59 days before the commencement of tour
• 20% of total cost if cancelled 16 days to 29 days before the commencement of tour
• No refund if cancelled 15 days or lesser before the commencement of tour

Please note:

Date of cancellation will be the date of written (email) communication of intent to cancel, received by us. Refund amount will be calculated excluding the date of commencement of tour.

• By agreeing to participate in any of our tours, the participant confirms to understand and voluntarily agree to all the terms and conditions, including the below mentioned:
• Fitness to complete the Tour is the sole criterion for participation.

• Tour mentor's decisions during the tour are final and binding.

• All participants travelling with Tropical Vacations must complete and sign a Risk Release Agreement before the commencement of tour.
