Day-01: Arrival at Vizag – Rayagada

  

Get assistance on arrival at Vizag and transport to Rayagada. En route stop over for a panoramic view. Check into the hotel and can take a visit to few tribal villages if time permits on the day. Stay overnight.

Day-02: Rayagada – Bisamcutak – Rayagada (Weekly market Tuesday)

  

After breakfast, take a day excursion to Ghantra Tribes that make the Dokra casting in their villages and witness their process. Also, visit the Desia Kondha tribal market along with Pottery village.

Day-03: Rayagada – Jeypore (Wednesday: Weekly Market)

  

Early breakfast and then leave for weekly market to witness the Dongariya and Desia Kondh people at the Niyamagiri foot hill. Around 09:00 hrs, walk down to the Chatikona market to view the colorful market and tribal market. Drive down to Rayagada and have lunch. Check out for Jeypore. En route visit Muniaka and Bada Paroja tribal villages. Meet and greet with the tribal community. Stay overnight in Jeypore.

Day-04: Jeypore – Onkudeli (Thursday: Weekly Market)

  
Early breakfast, then head towards BONDA Market for the day excursion to Onkudeli. Trek down to the nature and get a closer look of colorful Bonda tribe Orissa life. Also, we will witness the Gadaba and Didayee tribes are coming with a large group to the weekly market. Later, walk down to the market place for free movement to get more photos. Further, hike around the Gadaba villages. Stay overnight.

Day-05: Jeypore – Kunduli (Friday: Weekly Market)

  

After a leisurely breakfast, the entire day will be an excursion to witness the largest Paroja market in Kunduli. Further, take a hike around the Paroja and Kui Kondh villages nearby the Nandapur area.

Day-06: Jeypore – Jagdalpur

  

After Lunch, we will explore the new destination Bastar district in Chhatisgarh State (70 Kms from Jeypore) via visiting the weaving village at Kotpad and very nice weekly market at Nagarnar in the afternoon. The Halaba and Bhatra tribes are coming to the market to sell their indigenous product. Spend overnight in the Bastar Jungle Resort.

Day 07: In Jagdalpur (Saturday)

  

Take a day excursion to the National park of Kanger valley to discover Dhurwa Tribe, living in the core area of the sanctuary. Also, we will witness beautiful Stalactite and Stalagmite Caves along with serene waterfall called Tridgarh Cascade. On return to the Resort, witness the Bison Marria Dance at the tribal village. (Worth to look and we need to organize). Retire for the day at the Bastar Resort.

Day-08: Jagdalpur – Kanker (Sunday)

  

After breakfast, guests will proceed to the Royal Palace in Kanker (150 Kms – 03 Hrs drive). En route visit the weekly market of Gond Tribe and visit their villages. On the arrival of guests to the palace, they will receive welcome by the Royal family members at the Palace. Get welcome drinks upon arrival and a short brief delivered by the Yuvraj (Prince) about the palace, locality and different tribes nearby. Have a Gala dinner at the Palace and retiring for the day. Stay overnight.

Day-09: In Kanker (Monday)

  

After breakfast, a day excursion with Picnic lunch to the Murria tribal village and witness the Gotul (Where young boys and young girls stay together in a dormitory to choose their sweet partner and have fun with the Dance and Feast). It is quite interesting to watch their Gotul Dance in their village (To be organized). Return to the Palace and Have fun with Bonfire with Cocktail dinner. Stay overnight at the palace.

Day-10: Kanker – Kawardhha

  

Head towards Kawardha in the dawn and then get into a hotel for checking in. It was a princely state which was founded in 1751 by Thakur Mahabali Singh and when Nagpur’s Bhonsle Rulers were attempting to teeming this region, it was Mandla’s Rani Durgawati who asked Mahabali Singh (neighboring Kandariya state’s ruler’s younger brother) to help. They fought it out together with Bhonsles and defeated them and finally, establishing the state of Kawardha. Stay overnight in the palace.

Day-11:  Kawardha / Bhoromdeo – Baiga tribal villages

  

You will join the Gond and Baiga Tribal villages for a short trip where you will enjoy the food and a dance as well. Visit the Temple of Radha Krishna in the evening and then the Saroda Reservoir and finally the Bhoramdeo Temples. Spend overnight in the palace.

Day-12: Departure

Departure transport to Raipur for onwards journey.

EXTENSION TOURS: TRIBES AND TIGERS

Day-01: To Kanha (130 Kms / 04 Hrs)

  

Post breakfast in the morning, you will leave hotel and drive towards the National Park of Kanha, which is also one of the most popular wildlife locations in India and impressive infrastructure for the tourists. Moreover, it is renowned as the top spots to find tiger in India. Here, the wildlife is more approachable than any other parks. Hard-hoofed swamp deer or Barasingha and Gaur and several other animals are found here. Later, the evening is free for leisure activities. Spend overnight in the resort place.

Day-02: In Kanha

  

Enjoy the Safari in jeep while inside the national park, and then an elephant ride will make you rejoice to explore the wildlife. After these, you may return for breakfast in the resort. Also in the evening, you can also get set for another Jeep Safari to see further in the park. Spend overnight in the resort.

Day-03: To Bandhavgarh (250 Kms / 07 Hrs)

  

Check out from hotel in morning and drive to Bandhavgarh. Stay overnight at the resort. The Bandhavgarh National Park is home to the famous White Tigers of Rewa. The place is also known for having one of the densest populations of Tigers in the country. The other wild attractions include Chital, Gaur, Wild Boar, Chinkara, Sloth Bears and Nilgai along with some great number of bird species. Upon arrival, get transported to resort.

Day-04: In Bandhavgarh

  

Enjoy the Jungle Safari at Bandhavagarh in the Morning and evening.

Day-05: To Khajuraho (270 Kms / 06 Hrs)

  

Breakfast at hotel, check out and drive to Khajuraho. Arrive and check into hotel.

Day-06: Khajuraho

  

You will be seeing the temples of Eastern and Western groups which were built by the Chandela Kings during their reign in 950 to 1050 AD. However, there are only 22 of those original 85 temples are remaining, but they still are looking outstanding describing the Northern architecture of India from pre-modern times. Those sculptures look delicate which embellish the spires and in the walls outside, there are a multitude of depictions regarding the different aspects of life including love, joy and harmony. Spend the overnight in the hotel.

Day-07: Khajuraho – Delhi
