Day-1: Arrive Bhubaneswar

Assistance at airport & transfer to Hotel. Afternoon visit the temples of Bhubaneswar. Overnight at Hotel .

Day-2: Bhubaneswar - Gopalpur

After breakfast drive to Gopalpur on sea en route visiting Chilika lake, famous for migratory birds. Overnight at hotel in Gopalpur.

Day-3: Gopalpur

Full day visit to different villages to witness Thakurani Jatra ( Danda Jatra) performed in the villages, Overnight at Hotel.

Day-4: Gopalpur - Puri

After breakfast drive to Puri en route visiting weaving village and Raghurajpur artisan village. Overnight at Hotel in Puri.

Day-5: Puri

After breakfast drive to visit Konark Sun temple , Fishermen village in Konark and afternoon visit of Puri Jagannath temple and market. Overnight at Puri.

Day-6: Puri

After breakfast visit to Puri and nearby villages to witness celebration of Odiya new year where people/ devotees walk in the fire , hang themselves with hooks or sleeping on the barbed bushes. Afternoon relax on the beach .Overnight in Hotel.

Day-7: Puri - Bhubaneswar Departure

After breakfast drive to Bhubaneswar visiting Pipili the appliqué work village and Dhauli Ashokan Rock edicts. Later departure transfer to Airport for onward journey.

Payment Terms :

• Advance 50% payment to book your seat
• 100% balance payment at least 30 days before the commencement of tour
• Refund policy in case of cancellation:
• 80% of total cost if cancelled 60 days or more before the commencement of tour
• 50% of total cost if cancelled 30 days to 59 days before the commencement of tour
• 20% of total cost if cancelled 16 days to 29 days before the commencement of tour
• No refund if cancelled 15 days or lesser before the commencement of tour

Please note:

Date of cancellation will be the date of written (email) communication of intent to cancel, received by us. Refund amount will be calculated excluding the date of commencement of tour.

• By agreeing to participate in any of our tours, the participant confirms to understand and voluntarily agree to all the terms and conditions, including the below mentioned:
• Fitness to complete the Tour is the sole criterion for participation.
• Participants are advised to consult their physician in case they have any kind of medical history of hypertension, cardiac issues or any other ailments.
• Tour mentor's decisions during the tour are final and binding.
• Tropical Vacation can not be held responsible for injuries, damages or losses caused to any participant due to acts of god,terrorist activities, social or labour unrest, local laws, abnormal conditions or developments or any other conditions or omissions outside the control of Tropical Vacations
• All participants travelling with Tropical Vacations must complete and sign a Risk Release Agreement before the commencement of tour.
• All disputes are subject to Odisha jurisdiction only.
