Day 01: Arrive in Delhi

Guests will arrive at Delhi and meet our representatives who will provide further assistance. Get to the hotel for refreshing yourselves. Enjoy the whole day with leisure activities and take rest in the hotel overnight.

Day 02: Delhi

In the morning, visit the Raj Ghat (Mahatma Gandhi’s was cremated here) and Shanti Vana (Jawahar Lal Nehru’s cremation site). Then, move to Jama Masjid, Red Fort and Chandni Chowk. Take the view of Qutub Minar in the afternoon, and then see the War Memorial Arch of India Gate, Temple of Laxmi Narayan. You will also be able to see the Parliament house, President House, Connaught Place shopping area and several Government secretariats building on the way. Take rest in the hotel.

Day 03: Delhi – Jaipur

Next destination will be Jaipur, which you will head towards in the morning. There check in to a hotel and later in the afternoon takes a tour. Jaipur, Rajasthan’s capital and renowned as Pink City due to its past history. It was given the Pink coat of color to commemorate the visit of a Prince. It was built by Maharaja Jai Singh who was also a notable astronomer. This city was build 260 years ago. You may like the Maharaja’s City Palace, Ram Niwas Garden and the Observatory. Go along the Hawa Mahal and other notable locations. Spend overnight in the hotel.

Day 04: Jaipur – Agra

You will take an elephant ride in the morning towards the key entrance of Amber Fort. This fort was the state’s ancient capital. Then, drive towards Agra, via visiting the city of Fatehpur Sikri or also known as abandoned city. Around 40 kilometers from Agra, this city was built by Akbar, the emperor in 1560 AD and later got abandoned due to water scarcity. There are other graceful buildings to visit such as the Panch Mahal, Jama Masjid, and Tomb of Salim Chisti and so on. Head towards Agra and after getting there, the entire is day is for leisure activities. Spend overnight in the hotel at Agra.

Day 05: Agra – Orchha

You will visit the Taj Mahal which was built by Shah Jahan (during 1630 AD) who was the Mughal Emperor, for his dearly loved wife and Queen Mumtaz Mahar for preserving the mortal remains of her. Later, you will visit the fort of Agra having Pearl Mosque, several halls for private and public audiences. Then, also visit the tomb built by Noor Jahan (Empress) for her father Itmad-ud-Daullah. Move towards Orchha and after getting there, enjoy the entire day for leisure activites. Take rest and stay in a hotel at Orchha.

Day 06: Orchha – Khajuraho

Post breakfast, you will visit the places and Orchha and then move towards Khajuraho at afternoon. You will reach there in 4 to 5 hours. Take rest and spend overnight in the hotel.

Day 07: Khajuraho

After breakfast, take a full day tour of Khajuraho to visit the temples. Return to the hotel in the evening. Stay overnight in Khajuraho.

Day 08: Khajuraho – Varanasi

Take the flight to Varanasi. On arrival, meet our representatives and receive their assistance at the airport and transport to the hotel for check in. Take an evening Boat ride on the River Ganga and also view the evening prayers there. Stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 09: Varanasi Departure

Take an early morning boat ride on Ganges followed by a city tour of Varanasi and Sarnath. Take the overnight train/flight for onward destinations.

Payment Terms :

• Advance 50% payment to book your seat
• 100% balance payment at least 30 days before the commencement of tour
• Refund policy in case of cancellation:
• 80% of total cost if cancelled 60 days or more before the commencement of tour
• 50% of total cost if cancelled 30 days to 59 days before the commencement of tour
• 20% of total cost if cancelled 16 days to 29 days before the commencement of tour
• No refund if cancelled 15 days or lesser before the commencement of tour

Please note:

Date of cancellation will be the date of written (email) communication of intent to cancel, received by us. Refund amount will be calculated excluding the date of commencement of tour.

• By agreeing to participate in any of our tours, the participant confirms to understand and voluntarily agree to all the terms and conditions, including the below mentioned:
• Fitness to complete the Tour is the sole criterion for participation.
• Participants are advised to consult their physician in case they have any kind of medical history of hypertension, cardiac issues or any other ailments.
• Tour mentor's decisions during the tour are final and binding.
• Tropical Vacation can not be held responsible for injuries, damages or losses caused to any participant due to acts of god,terrorist activities, social or labour unrest, local laws, abnormal conditions or developments or any other conditions or omissions outside the control of Tropical Vacations
• All participants travelling with Tropical Vacations must complete and sign a Risk Release Agreement before the commencement of tour.
