Day-01: Arrive Kolkata

Arrival assistance in Kolkata airport and then, transfer to the Hotel. Half day sightseeing of city tour – Kali Temple of Kalighat, Mother Teresa (if interested), Birla Temple, Victoria Memorial and Down Town area, St. Pauls Cathedral, St. Johns’ Church & Indian Museum. Stay overnight in Kolkata.

Day-02: Kolkata

Take the city sightseeing tour of Kolkata for the entire day. In the morning, visit the flower market and Howrah Bridge. Then, move towards Writers’ building and the Governor’s house. To observe the archetypal Bengal pottery, move towards Kumartooli, Marble Palace, Kolkata University, House of Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore (Jorasanko), Jain Temple and Collage Street. Spend the overnight in Kolkata.

Day-03: Kolkata – Kalna – Kolkata

After early breakfast, drive to Kalna. The place is about 25 kilometers far from Nabadweep. The Vaishnava and Shakta worship forms merge together here. The Rajas of Bardhaman resided in “Ambika Kalna” during the summers. Here, bricks used in those temples at Kalna have terracotta designs in an elaborate manner. A brief idea of those temples: The temple of Palki Krishna Chanraji and the temple of Prapteswar constitute the complex of 108 temples for Lord Shiva. Further, those temples are segregated into white and black Lingas. Also, take a visit to the Temples of Lalji having 25 spires and Temple of Ambika as well. After those visits, return to Kolkata and spend overnight there.

Day-04: Kolkata – Berhampur (Murshidabad)

After having breakfast, head towards Murshidabad with entire sightseeing in Krishnanagar. Spend overnight at Berhampur.

Day-05: Berhampur – Malda

Enjoy the sightseeing tour in Murshidabad. It was Bengal’s Old capital and is closely connected to the incidents which led to a historic change in India following the War in 1757 of Plassey. You will take a visit to the Historical vestiges of Katra Mosque, Hazariduari Palace, Imambara and so on. Head towards to Malda to spend overnight there.

Day-06: Malda

This place was renowned as English Bazar previously. You will take the visit to Gaur which is extremely legendary for Barasona Mosque, Dakhil Darwaza, Loton Mosque, Lukochuri Darwaza and a number of sites. The place of Gaur is a classic combination of different kinds of Architecture including Bengal, Hindu, Buddhist and Islamic. It was built between 14th and 15th century of before time Islamic rule with some of those architectural remains belonging to the Pala period of 9th to 10th century. Again, move to Pandua for observing the archetypal Buddhist and Islamic architectural combination. One of its important sites is the Mosque of Adina. Spend overnight in Malda.

Day-07: Malda - Kolkata Departure

After breakfast, check out and drop to Railway Station for connecting to Kolkata and transport to the Domestic airport at Bagdogra for Darjeeling tour.

• 100% balance payment at least 30 days before the commencement of tour
• Refund policy in case of cancellation:
• 80% of total cost if cancelled 60 days or more before the commencement of tour
• 50% of total cost if cancelled 30 days to 59 days before the commencement of tour
• 20% of total cost if cancelled 16 days to 29 days before the commencement of tour
• No refund if cancelled 15 days or lesser before the commencement of tour

Date of cancellation will be the date of written (email) communication of intent to cancel, received by us. Refund amount will be calculated excluding the date of commencement of tour.
