DAY-01: Arrival in Cochin

You are greeted on arrival at Cochin airport by our representative and transport to your hotel. Get to local sightseeing during afternoon in Cochin by visiting the Fort Cochin, Jewish Synagogue, Dutch palace, etc. Stay overnight at the Resort.

DAY-02: Cochin – Kumarakom & House Boat Stay (60 Kms)

Post breakfast, drive towards Kumarakom, check in to your House boat cruise through narrow canals, Paddy fields, Pathiramanal Island, R Block and C block Cayal, coconut lagoons, etc. Stay overnight in the House Boat.

DAY-03: Kumarakom – Munnar (160 Km)

Post breakfast, drive to Munnar; Check in to your resort by afternoon. Spend rest of the evening at leisure in the Resort premises. Stay overnight at the Resort.

DAY-04: Munnar Sightseeing

Post breakfast; take the half day sightseeing tour in Munnar by visiting the Mattupetty Dam, Echo point, Kundala Dam, Eravikulam National park, Tea plantations, etc. Stay overnight at the Resort.

DAY-05: Munnar to Thekkady (110 Km)

Post breakfast, drive to Periyar; check in to your resort by noon. In the afternoon, enjoy boating in Periyar Lake through wildlife sanctuary and spice plantations, etc. After that spending some time for visiting spaces those grows cardamom and coffee. Enjoy the elephant ride, etc. Stay overnight at the Resort.

DAY-06: Thekkady to Madurai (150 Km)

Post breakfast, drive to Madurai; check in to your resort by noon. During afternoon, whole day sightseeing in Madurai by taking a visit to the Temple of Meenakshi, Gandhi Museum, Tirumalai Nayak Palace, etc. Stay overnight at the Resort.

DAY-07: Madurai - Trichy (60 km)

Post breakfast, drive to Trichy; check in to your resort by noon. Enjoy local sightseeing tour in Trichy by visiting the Temple of Rock Fort during the evening and then, Sri Ranganathaswami Temple, etc. Stay overnight at the Resort.

DAY-08: Trichy to Tanjore (170 Km)

Post breakfast, drive to Tanjore; check in to your resort by noon. In the evening, spend time at the Resort premises. Stay overnight at the Resort.

DAY-09: Tanjore Sightseeing

Post breakfast; spend the whole day at Tanjore by visiting the Temple of Brihadeeswara, Palace, Art Gallery, Library of Saraswati Mahal, etc. Stay overnight at the Resort.

DAY-10: Tanjore to Pondicherry (250 Km)

After breakfast, drive to Pondy; check in to your resort by afternoon. Spend some time at the beaches at the dusk. Stay overnight at the Resort.

DAY-11: Pondicherry Sightseeing

Spend the whole day in Pondy by visiting the Botanical Gardens, The Promenade, Govt. Park, Manakula Vinayagar Temple, Art Galleries and Museums. Stay overnight at the Resort.

DAY-12: Pondicherry to Chennai (160 Km)

After having breakfast, drive to Chennai; check into the Hotel by noon. In the afternoon, local sightseeing tour of Chennai by visiting Gandhi Museum, Fort St. George, Marina beach, etc. Stay overnight in the hotel.

DAY-13: Chennai Departure

It’s time to bid farewell, transport to the Chennai airport for onward journey.

Payment Terms :

• Advance 50% payment to book your seat
• 100% balance payment at least 30 days before the commencement of tour
• Refund policy in case of cancellation:
• 80% of total cost if cancelled 60 days or more before the commencement of tour
• 50% of total cost if cancelled 30 days to 59 days before the commencement of tour
• 20% of total cost if cancelled 16 days to 29 days before the commencement of tour
• No refund if cancelled 15 days or lesser before the commencement of tour

Please note:

Date of cancellation will be the date of written (email) communication of intent to cancel, received by us. Refund amount will be calculated excluding the date of commencement of tour.

• By agreeing to participate in any of our tours, the participant confirms to understand and voluntarily agree to all the terms and conditions, including the below mentioned:
• Fitness to complete the Tour is the sole criterion for participation.
• Participants are advised to consult their physician in case they have any kind of medical history of hypertension, cardiac issues or any other ailments.
• Tour mentor's decisions during the tour are final and binding.
• Tropical Vacation can not be held responsible for injuries, damages or losses caused to any participant due to acts of god,terrorist activities, social or labour unrest, local laws, abnormal conditions or developments or any other conditions or omissions outside the control of Tropical Vacations
• All participants travelling with Tropical Vacations must complete and sign a Risk Release Agreement before the commencement of tour.
• All disputes are subject to Odisha jurisdiction only.
