Day-1 ARRIVE BHUBANESWAR – DHENKANAL.

Welcome to city of temples called Bhubaneswar which is the capital of Odisha. On arrival at Bhubaneswar Airport ,assistance & drive to Dhenkanal, Afternoon visit the monks of Mahima Cult, Their Monasteries, Temples & Evening Rituals. Overnight in Dhenkanal Palace.

Day-2 DHENKANAL –RATNAGIRI - BHITARKANIKA.

After breakfast drive to Bhitarkanika en route visiting Buddhist ruins, ancient stupas-chaityas, archaeological excavation sites at Ratnagiri & Udayagiri. Also you can visit the typical villages stop for photography. Overnight at Bhitarkanika.

Day-3 IN & AROUND BHITARKANIKA ( THE MINI AMAZON )

After breakfast take the boat cruise in creeks to explore various species of birds, reptiles and salt water crocodiles. Also trek inside the mangrove forest and from the watch tower see more species in their natural habitat. Overnight at Bhitarkanika accommodation.

Day-4 BHITARKANIKA – BHUBANESWAR - PURI..

Post breakfast take an exit from this sanctuary and drive to Puri, en-route visiting Bhubaneswar temples –Parsurameswar temple, Mukteswar temple, Lingaraj temple , Hirapur 64 Yogini temple , Pipli for its beautiful appliqué work, Raghurajpur artisans village. On arrival at Puri Check into Hotel and Overnight

Day-5 PURI – BHUBANESWAR DEPARTURE

Morning after breakfast visit to Lord Jagannath temple with assisted by priest , Later drive to Sun temple at Konark which is a world heritage site managed by UNESCO .The temple was built by King Narasimhadeva in the 13th century, it is counted among the 7 wonders of India, famous for its erotic works and sculptures on Life. It is also known as “Black Pagoda” to westerners. Later drive to Bhubaneswar for Departure transfer.

1. Please note: these rates are not valid during Durga Puja & Holi, Ratha Yatra, New Year time, Christmas time, Independence Day & Republic day, Medical or other Conference time.

2. Nandankanan, state Museum and Tribal Museum remain closed on Monday and on state holidays.

INCUSSION :

• Accommodation on double occupancy basis with meal plan CP only at Puri, and as Dhenkanal is a heritage property it serves on MAP basis, and in Bhitarkanika – AP.
• 1 Night in Dhenkanal, 2 Nights in Bhitarkanika, 1 Night in Puri.
• Hotel used – as per itinerary.
• Local priest for lord Jagannath darshan.
• Sharing boating at Bhitarkanika – 1 time
• All Transfers, Sightseeing & Excursion by AC Sedan car for 2 pax, AC Innova for 4 pax & 6 pax.

• Things not mentioned above
• Any air/train fare.
• Insurance, Guide Services, Entrance fee at monuments.
• Expenses of Personal Nature like laundry, telephone calls, room service and alcoholic beverages.
• Mini bar charges, tips, portage and camera fees etc.
• Any meals and services not specified in the tour cost includes column.
• In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.

Payment Terms :

• Advance 50% payment to book your seat
• 100% balance payment at least 30 days before the commencement of tour
• Refund policy in case of cancellation:
• 80% of total cost if cancelled 60 days or more before the commencement of tour
• 50% of total cost if cancelled 30 days to 59 days before the commencement of tour
• 20% of total cost if cancelled 16 days to 29 days before the commencement of tour
• No refund if cancelled 15 days or lesser before the commencement of tour

Please note:

Date of cancellation will be the date of written (email) communication of intent to cancel, received by us. Refund amount will be calculated excluding the date of commencement of tour.

• By agreeing to participate in any of our tours, the participant confirms to understand and voluntarily agree to all the terms and conditions, including the below mentioned:
• Fitness to complete the Tour is the sole criterion for participation.
• Participants are advised to consult their physician in case they have any kind of medical history of hypertension, cardiac issues or any other ailments.
• Tour mentor's decisions during the tour are final and binding.
• Tropical Vacation can not be held responsible for injuries, damages or losses caused to any participant due to acts of god,terrorist activities, social or labour unrest, local laws, abnormal conditions or developments or any other conditions or omissions outside the control of Tropical Vacations
• All participants travelling with Tropical Vacations must complete and sign a Risk Release Agreement before the commencement of tour.
