Itinerary Details :

Day-1: ARRIVAL BHUBANESWAR - PURI.

Arrival at Bhubaneswar Airport/Railway station drive to Puri. On the way visit Dhauli hills famous for Buddhist shanti stupa & Rock edicts of Ashokan period , 64 Yogini Temple , Pipli famous for Applique works ,Raghurajpur well known as Artisans village which exhibits the patta chitra paintings, Palm leaf engraving in depicting rich odishan culture .On arrival at Puri check in at Hotel. Overnight at Puri.

Day-2 PURI – LORD JAGANNATH TEMPLE -SUN TEMPLE AT KONARK - PURI.

Morning you will be heading to Lord Jagannath temple (known to all devotees as lord of Universe ) . To reach the temple you have to take local conveyance tuk tuk & the mode of payment will be on direct payment basis. (The designated temple is one of the four holy dham in India). Afterwards walk around Puri market for colorful photography .Post lunch visit to Sun temple at Konark which is a world heritage site managed by UNESCO .The temple was built by King Narasimhadeva Deva in the 13th century, it is counted among the 7 wonders of India, famous for its erotic works and sculptures on Life. Afterwards visit to Chandrabhaga beach for relaxation. Overnight at Puri.

Day-3 PURI – BHUBANESWAR SIGHTSEEING - DEPARTURE.

Morning after breakfast drive to Bhubaneswar. On arrival at Bhubaneswar visit to the ancient temples like Mukteswar Temple (Gem of Odishan architecture built in 10th Century ), Rajarani temple ( Prototype of Khajuraho temple -11th Century AD), Parasurameswar (small but beautiful temple 7th Century), Post lunch visit to Udaigiri & Khandagiri caves for Jaina monks dated back to 1st century BC. Evening departure transfer to Bhubaneswar Airport / Railway Station for onward journey.

1. Please note: these rates are not valid during Durga Puja & Holi, Ratha Yatra, New Year time, Christmas time, Independence Day & Republic day, Medical or other Conference time.

2. Nandankanan, state Museum and Tribal Museum remain closed on Monday and on state holidays.

• Local priest for lord Jagannath darshan.
• All Transfers, Sightseeing & Excursion by AC Sedan car for 2 pax, AC Innova for 4 pax & 6 pax.

EXCLUSION:

• Things not mentioned above
• Any air/train fare.
• Insurance, Guide Services, Entrance fee at monuments.
• Expenses of Personal Nature like laundry, telephone calls, room service and alcoholic beverages.
• Mini bar charges, tips, portage and camera fees etc.
• Any meals and services not specified in the tour cost includes column.
• In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.
• The given rates are not applicable for Christmas, New year.

Payment Terms :

• Advance 50% payment to book your seat
• 100% balance payment at least 30 days before the commencement of tour
• Refund policy in case of cancellation:
• 80% of total cost if cancelled 60 days or more before the commencement of tour
• 50% of total cost if cancelled 30 days to 59 days before the commencement of tour
• 20% of total cost if cancelled 16 days to 29 days before the commencement of tour
• No refund if cancelled 15 days or lesser before the commencement of tour

Please note:

Date of cancellation will be the date of written (email) communication of intent to cancel, received by us. Refund amount will be calculated excluding the date of commencement of tour.

• By agreeing to participate in any of our tours, the participant confirms to understand and voluntarily agree to all the terms and conditions, including the below mentioned:
• Fitness to complete the Tour is the sole criterion for participation.
• Participants are advised to consult their physician in case they have any kind of medical history of hypertension, cardiac issues or any other ailments.
• Tour mentor's decisions during the tour are final and binding.
• Tropical Vacation can not be held responsible for injuries, damages or losses caused to any participant due to acts of god,terrorist activities, social or labour unrest, local laws, abnormal conditions or developments or any other conditions or omissions outside the control of Tropical Vacations
• All participants travelling with Tropical Vacations must complete and sign a Risk Release Agreement before the commencement of tour.
